Text & Textiles (T&T) is a research site — a cabinet of curiosities and a digital educational resource. It is vessel for stories surrounding textiles and clothing, how we should take care of them, ourselves, and the nature we all come from. It is also about localism and community — the web of life, weaving us all together.
The words «text» and «textile» are etymologically related, both originating from the latin «textus», meaning «woven fabric, cloth, structure, and framework».
